TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply when you buy from Cooee, a service of Rift Digital (ABN 49 434 507 788), Margaret River, Western Australia. By paying for an order, you agree to them.

1. WHAT YOU GET

A Cooee Card includes:

- a digital business card built and hosted for you at a mycooee.au link

- a save-contact file so people can add your details to their phone

- a branded QR code for your card and a branded Google review QR code

- home screen icons and a setup guide (PDF)

- print-ready QR image files

- two rounds of changes before your card goes live

Extra team member cards, the Google review QR on its own, contact details updates and design changes are available at the prices shown on my website.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You pay in full at checkout through Stripe. You'll receive a tax invoice by email.

3. TIMING

We aim to deliver your card within one business day of receiving everything I need from you. The clock starts once we have your completed details form, logo and photo. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Western Australian public holidays.

4. YOUR CONTENT

You're responsible for the information, logos, photos and links you send me. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they're accurate and lawful. I can decline to publish content that's misleading, offensive or infringes someone else's rights.

5. CHANGES

Your order includes two rounds of changes before your card goes live. After that:

- a contact details update (phone, email, title, links) is $39

- a design change (layout, colours, logo, new buttons) is $199

Put all your changes in one email and it counts as one request. Your QR code stays the same after any change.

6. OWNERSHIP

Your content stays yours. Once you've paid, the QR images, contact file, icons and print files I create for you are yours to use for your business, on anything you like. We keep the right to show your card as an example of our work, unless you ask us not to.

7. HOSTING

Your card is hosted as part of your one-off payment, with no ongoing fees. We aim to keep your card online at all times, but we can't guarantee it will never be unavailable, for example during maintenance or a provider outage. If we ever stop offering Cooee, we'll give you at least 90 days' notice and, where possible, redirect your card link to your website so your printed QR codes keep working.

8. GOOGLE REVIEWS

The Google review QR code opens your Google review form. We don't control Google, and I can't guarantee how many reviews you'll get. Google's own rules apply to how you ask for reviews.

9. REFUNDS

If you change your mind before you've sent your details and we haven't started your card, we'll give you a full refund. Once we've started work or delivered your card, we don't give refunds for change of mind.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If there's a problem with what I've delivered, tell me and I'll fix it. If I can't fix it, I'll give you a refund.

10. ACCEPTABLE USE

You can't use your Cooee card for anything illegal, misleading or harmful. If you do, we can take your card offline without a refund.

11. LIABILITY

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost business or profits.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
